We’ve decided to keep our billing and payment terms as simple as possible. Brandarrow Agency (brandSuite) partners with Stripe to provide secure invoicing and payment processing. Invoices for payments are automatically created on the first of the month and due by the tenth of every month. Payments can be made via credit or debit card from the following brands:

Auto-pay is available and can be set up by following this article. Late fees are applied once the due date shown under the “Invoices” section of your brandSuite account has passed.
LATE FEES
The late fee that brandSuite charges is 15% of your invoice subtotal, and it is charged for every week that the payment remains outstanding. If a payment cannot be made, please get in touch with us using our support page or the form below to work through a solution.
